My story is taking a long time

Stories usually take a few minutes; longer stories take a little longer. You can leave the page: progress shows in My Library, and the story appears when it's ready.

My story says "Failed"

Something went wrong while creating it. Your coins have already been refunded. Remove the card with the red ✖ and try again. If it keeps happening, contact us.

The cost is shown in red

You don't have enough coins for this action. Click the button anyway and Talebard will offer to take you to the coins page, or reduce the number of pages or characters.

My colors disappeared

Coloring progress is saved in your browser on that device only. Colors won't follow you to a different device or browser, and clearing your browser data removes them. Use Download picture to keep a copy. See Coloring a page.

Why can't I watch my story?

Not every story has a video. Stories that have one show a Video ready badge. You can still read and listen to every story.

Who can see my stories?

Your stories are in your own library. Others can open a story when you send them its share link.

Do you offer refunds for coin purchases?

We don't offer refunds, unless there is a technical issue with the service. If you run into one, please reach out and we'll be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major credit cards and other secure online payment options through our payment provider, Stripe.
