Dress Up
Make a friend, then dress them up with hairstyles, outfits and colors.
Dress Up lets kids make a friend and dress them up: a woman or a man, eight different faces, lots of hairstyles and colors, and a wardrobe of tops, bottoms, dresses and gowns, jackets and shoes.
Playing
The pictures along the top are the tabs: Me, Face, Hair, Eyes, then the clothes. Each tab shows its choices as big pictures, so it works for kids who can't read yet.
- Put something on - tap its picture, or drag it onto the character.
- Colors - the row of colors under the pictures is for what the character wears in that tab.
- Take it off - tap it on the character, or tap its picture again. Tops, bottoms and shoes go back to the plain T-shirt, trousers and sneakers.
- ⟲ starts over and 🎲 picks a surprise outfit.
The faces are shown as pictures, with no names or labels.
Saving
Save look keeps the outfit under My looks, where a tap puts it back on. Saved looks belong to your account, so they show up on every device you sign in on. Save picture saves the character as a picture to share or print.
Full screen
Press the ⛶ button to fill the whole window, which is great on a tablet. Press ✕ to go back.
Talebard Plus
Outfits and hairstyles with a ⭐ star come with Talebard Plus; everything else is free. In the Android app, Plus members can also download Dress Up to play it without internet: open Dress Up and press Download under the pictures.
Dress Up in kid mode
Dress Up is part of kid mode, and parents can switch it off there. Kids can save looks and pictures; they never type anything, so nothing personal is saved.
