Delete your Talebard account

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to Talebard, on the website or in the app.
2. Open My Account and choose Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm and press Delete my account permanently.

Deletion happens immediately. You'll be signed out, and the account can't be restored.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in, name and email address
• Every story you created, with its pictures, narration and videos
• Your characters and coloring pages
• Your kids' profiles, learning progress, stickers and kid-mode history
• Your favourites, reading history and Tale Points balance

What we keep

• A record of past purchases (date, amount and Tale Points bought), which we must keep for tax and refund purposes. It is no longer linked to your name or email.

Any Tale Points left in your account are lost and can't be refunded after deletion.

Can't sign in?

Write to us through the Contact page from the email address you signed up with, and we'll delete the account for you within 30 days.
